Telesales Agent

Job Responsibilities
  • Researching and identifying opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification.
  • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
  • Initiate outbound calls and explaining the company services to the callers
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Answering customers' questions on the products.
  • Achieve Monthly/Yearly revenue target.
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Supports Sales campaign by contacting targeted customers

Bachelor's Degree

Experience Requirements
  • At least One Year of previous experience in B2B Telesales is a must
  • Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job
  • Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office, and other various software.
  • Ability to maintain performance goals.
  • Good English skills
